Troubleshoot a problem.Generally 99% of problems can be sorted in the first hour. Our call out fee for Northwich and surrounding areas is £10. This includes the first hour. After that is it £25 per hour.

Business Contact Support.We support and/or install Mac OSX Server and Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2. For installation the cost is £400 plus hardware/software costs. This is for 1 server and up to 75 clients.
For support we offer a support contract that is £100 per month and offers the following: -
- 4 Hour Response Time Remotely.
- 24 Hour Response Time for an engineer to be onsite.
- 10% of anything on our online store (this will be refunded to you via your next monthly bill).
- Weekly checkup of the server remotely for updates and security issues.
- Sound advise for any questions that you want to ask to help your IT infrastructure help your business
- Call out fee included - unlimited call outs per month.
- After the first hour, which is part of your contract support, the hourly rate is £25.

Upgrade a PC.We can give you sound advise when you want to upgrade your PC. We will ask you what do you use for PC for and then let you know what are the best upgrades that you can have for that purpose. We can source the parts for you and install them.
While we install the new hardware we will also give your PC our System Checkup Service.
We will collect your PC from your premises and drop of your PC at a convenient time for you. We aim to do this service within 3 working days but that depends on how fast we can get in the parts as needed.
The cost of this service is £30 + cost of parts for Northwich and Surrounding Areas.

Wireless Networks.We set up wireless networks for Home and Small Businesses. We make sure that the networks are secure in WPA format that is the currently strongest encryption available for the small network or home user.
The price for a wireless network setup, including broadband setup if needed and all the devices connected to the wireless network is £47. This price is for Northwich and surrounding areas.

System Checkup.We can provide a system checkup that includes a full virus/spyware scan, a clean of your PC inside, Update your PC with the latest software updates and general maintenance of the PC. This generally takes about 24 hrs to complete and we will pick up your PC from your premises and drop of the PC for you at a time that is convenient for you.
The price for this service is £30 for the Northwich and surrounding areas.
